GDPR Compliance is something that every business needs to consider, because we are all Data Controllers or Data Processors and we have obligations under law. It is all common sense, but if we do not apply some common sense we are going to be punished. The fine is the least of our worries, it is the newly educated Joe Bloggs who realises he can sue you for a breach of this regulation, who will cause you pain. Imagine being told to cease trading for a week or two whilst your records are being checked.
