- Make a list of clients that you are going to phone daily.
Today, is a fantastic time to pick up the phone to your customers.
Remember, we are ringing to check and see how they are doing and how you can help and support
them, Listen to your customers with empathy, and you’ll end up creating true value for them.
Pick 5 every day. - Learn together
We are stronger when we work together, combine our efforts, share what’s working and focus on
helping each other. While we are dealing with our new reality, so are our customers. We can learn,
recover and plan together. Embrace technology that allows us to stay connected and learn new ways
of doing business. - Invest in you.
How often have you thought, if only I had time to learn how to ………..?
That time is now – Focus on how you can up skill.
